The new song by Avril dubbed ‘Uko’ is dope with over 40 thousand views on YouTube, just three days after the official release of the video. However, we can’t help but notice the similarity between her song and that of Beyonce.

Beyonce released her jealous song in 2014 and in as much as artists call it sampling, we call it copying! Let’s break it down for you;

1. Black factor

In Uko video, Avril is dressed in black going up the stairs while in Jealous Beyonce is in black going down the stairs. What makes them similar? The black veil of course and the staircase.

When the song begins Avril goes to the balcony and so does Beyonce. Look at the similarity between the balconies.
